Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 12 hours if: 

  • Product does not fulfill expectations.
  • Found damaged while receiving delivery
  • Found the product in unhygienic condition
  • If the user finds the product unusable or in poor condition.

A user may return any unopened or defective item up to 20% and less, within 12 hours of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement: 

  • Damaged by the customer because of misuse of it.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered. 

Refund Policy 

Refund policy will only be applicable : 

  • If you have made an online payment/card payment against your order.
  • The product is not available in the stock currently.
  • If you want to cancel the order before the order has been delivered.
  • If you found any problem in the product (damaged,tempered,unhygienic or unusable)

For that you need to call the 01791865233 and talk to the CRM. The CRM might offer you the product replacement or product of the same price but if you don’t want to take that then the CRM will take the necessary steps of refund, It may take 5 or 6 working days.
